Guidelines, support, and training provided electronically in various formats (synchronous and asynchronous) for trainers and trainees:

Short qualification and development training courses are conducted in a familiar manner accessible to different trainees each time. The institute requires trainers to be proficient in e-training and handling virtual classrooms and software. Trainees are provided with training instructions, serving as a guide for registration, requirements, exams, results, certificates, and applicable fees. Comprehensive video files are sent to trainees upon initial registration, explaining all the details of the development course, from registration to certificate issuance. .


Short development training courses, lasting no more than a month, are conducted (through synchronous training) using virtual classrooms.

Training Plan for Trainers to Complete e-Learning


The Centennial Higher Institute for Training is a leading national institution in Riyadh specialized in training and developing individuals in various fields. It has a distinguished team of trainers and technicians with experience in this field. The institute provides all the necessary support for the e-learning training system, in addition to training the trainers in the three basic areas: (the use of technology, the development of electronic content, and teaching skills) Training includes:

1. Technology Usage:

Trainers undergo a 10-hour training session to acquire the fundamental concepts related to technology and develop the ability to use technology applications in education. By the end of the training, trainers are expected to:

  • Plan and design effective distance learning using technological tools.

  • Use technology in the evaluation process by employing various electronic assessment methods.

  • Utilize technology to enhance their professional performance and practices.

  • Utilize handheld wireless devices such as mobile phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, and small personal computers to achieve flexibility and interaction in teaching and learning processes anytime and anywhere.

  • Access the platform and use the systems employed in the educational process.

  • Ensure they possess the necessary tools to deliver e-training efficiently.

  • The ability to deal with scientific material, attendance systems, and exam systems.

  • Safe use of technological resources.

2. E-Content Development:

Trainers undergo a 10-hour training session to design and develop e-content using computers and various applications, publish and present it to students, provide multiple learning resources and interactive media according to the needs of each trainee, utilize learning management systems and educational content management systems, and familiarize themselves with all the services and tools offered by Google.

3.Teaching Skills:

Trainers receive sufficient training to develop expertise in teaching skills across the three recognized stages (technology, design, and administrative system), as follows: :

  1. Technology Stage:

    • Master basic computer skills.

    • Use online social media platforms in academic environments.

  2. Design Stage:

    • Create a comprehensive program description.

    • Master the skill of designing e-learning content.

    • Master the subject matter and utilize appropriate e-learning tools.

    • Diversify teaching methods, encourage teamwork, and seek answers.

    • Design the content according to the requirements of the requesting entity.

    • Continuously update e-learning content to keep up with the latest changes.

  3. Administrative System Stage (partially handled by the institute):

  • Monitor trainees' electronic attendance.

  • Ensure student engagement in the educational process during the training program.

  • Monitor and assist students in completing the training program and adapt the content for better understanding.

  • Continuously and fairly assess to ensure the delivery of the best remote training experience.
