Mechanism for measuring the satisfaction of beneficiaries (trainers and trainees)

A mechanism is in place to measure the satisfaction of beneficiaries (trainers and trainees) with the provision of programs in an e-learning format.

The level of satisfaction of beneficiaries is measured through an electronic link that is sent to the trainees and trainers at the end of each course. The purpose is to assess the trainees' satisfaction with the training programs, trainers, and gather suggestions that can contribute to the effectiveness of the courses provided through the website.

Gaining insights into the opinions of beneficiaries regarding the website services, provided courses, and their feedback and suggestions, contributes to making timely and appropriate decisions by the website management and enhances the development of distance e-learning processes.

Mechanism for measuring the satisfaction of beneficiaries

  • The satisfaction of users is measured through the distribution of surveys after the training course.

  • Surveys are sent to both trainers and trainees to gauge their satisfaction with the curriculum. The survey includes questions related to the training methodology, delivery, trainers, and other aspects.

  • Based on the results of the satisfaction level, decisions are made to improve and enhance the training courses and services provided through the website.
