  • The trainer is committed to the content that the course is based on and must consider any updates. It is strictly prohibited to delete any part of the training materials without obtaining approval from the Training Department.

  • Recorded lectures and electronic content in all forms are the property of the Centennial Higher Institute for Training, and it has the right to use them for educational purposes and for the benefit of the institute..

  • Respecting intellectual property rights and the fair use of intellectual property principles and guidelines.

  • All content materials published on the pages affiliated with the Centennial Higher Institute are subject to intellectual property rights.


Second: Property Rights and Copyright

All content published on the e-learning platform of the Centennial Higher Institute for Training must comply with copyright laws and the electronic publishing policy, including but not limited to the following:


  • Electronic training materials.

  • Activities and question banks.

  • Any electronic materials that are not owned by the page owner and are subject to copyright.

  • The management ensures, before publishing content or videos from other websites, that no copyright violations occur. The party responsible for such violations bears all the resulting responsibilities.

  • We emphasize the commitment to intellectual property rights and copyright for all website content according to the publishing policies of the Centennial Higher Institute for Training. We warn against copying or quoting any images, logos, or content on the website without proper attribution.

  • Ensuring appropriate content and avoiding inappropriate language.

  • The website prohibits the publication of any content that violates tour regulations, training centers, societal norms, or invades others' privacy.

  • Using publishing services for educational purposes only.

  • Adhering to the language rules used to create the page or electronic material and ensuring their integrity and freedom from linguistic and spelling errors.

  • The website must be regularly updated.

  • The institute is not responsible for any external links not under its management

  • The institute publishes purposeful content that meets the standards and specifications, including the website's standards.

  • Each staff member of the institute is responsible for everything published on their personal page and it does not represent the institute in any form.
