The details of the training program

Computer Skills Course aims to train on the necessary fundamentals for effective computer usage. It includes the following topics:

Computer Basics: Covers the concept of computers and their components, operating systems, and software handling.
Access Database: Training on managing databases using Access software.
Word Processor Word: Training on using Word program to create and format texts and documents professionally.
PowerPoint Presentations: Studying how to create advanced presentations using PowerPoint.
Excel Spreadsheets: Training on how to use Excel program to input and format data in spreadsheets, and utilize formulas and functions for data analysis.
Internet and Email Basics: Training on safe and effective internet usage, along with managing and using email for personal and professional communication.
Windows 8.1 Operating System: Training on detailed usage of Windows 8.1 operating system, including file and folder management, and familiarity with basic tools and settings.

Training Duration: 30 days - 1 month
Training Hours: 40 training hours.
Training System: Training is conducted in-person at the institute's premises.
Training Period: Trainees are allowed to choose the suitable training period according to the institute's schedule.
Morning Period: From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Afternoon Period: From 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Evening Period: From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Accredited Certificate: Upon completion of the course, the trainee will receive an accredited certificate from the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training. This certificate reflects their mastery of the skills and knowledge acquired during the training period.

1. The computer skills course is characterized by practical, productive, and useful applications, allowing trainees the opportunity to apply the concepts they learn in a practical and beneficial context.

2. The course offers various training activities aimed at achieving high-quality and technologically advanced training outcomes, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the course and increasing trainees' benefit from it.

By the end of this course, the trainee will be proficient in performing the following tasks:

Efficiently handling the operating system, including managing files and folders and understanding system basics.
Professionally processing texts, from creating and formatting documents to using advanced tools for text formatting.
Data scheduling and analysis using Excel, including data input, formula usage, and functions for efficient data analysis.
Creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint, allowing for the presentation of ideas and information in an engaging and professional manner.
Efficient and secure use of the internet and email, including searching for and extracting the best information and results, and managing email in an organized and effective manner.
